The Veylor Agency (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides operational and system support services. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work

All services are outlined on the Services page or within your proposal. Any additional work will require an added fee.

2. Payments 

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project. Remaining balances follow the agreed payment schedule.

3. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable due to the customized nature of our work.

4. Communication

All communication occurs via email unless otherwise specified. Response times are 24–48 hours.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access, and necessary materials to complete your project.

6. Turnaround Times

Project timelines vary depending on service tier and responsiveness.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality with all client information and internal data.

8. Ownership

Final deliverables are yours upon full payment. System structure, templates, and frameworks remain agency intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

9. Cancellations

Projects cannot be paused for more than 14 days without forfeiting remaining services.
